Administrative Assistant, Intermediate

UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant – Intermediate to support the UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation! This position will work in the TechMill 41 building located at 105 40th Street in Lawrenceville, Daylight Hours, Monday – Friday.

The Administrative Assistant – Intermediate, under general supervision, provides varied administrative support to a department, a group of professionals or multiple departments.

The Senior Director, Community Relations reports to the Vice President, Community Relations and plays a pivotal role in in the diversification and growth of donor relationships and revenue generating programs and activities. This position will develop and execute a vision and strategic plan for growth in key areas and lead a team to advance the Foundation’ priorities on behalf of the hospital. The role will manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, securing six figure gifts and higher, and foster best practices among the team for relationship management and tracking progress. Responsibilities include efficiently acquiring new donors, growing existing, and ensuring a robust donor pipeline.

The Manager of Finance is a leadership role in the enhancement, development, documentation, and communication of financial and business intelligence to hospital management, Health Services Division (HSD) executives and UPMC Finance leadership. The Finance Manager oversees Financial Analysts on a day-to-day basis and provides instructions, guidance, education and supervision. In addition, this role may be called upon to perform activities outside the normal course including partnering with operating personnel and substituting for senior leaders in various forums.
